Our Customer Experience Assistants play a key role as a support for the IF Team. As the front line of the Centre they manage the busy reception area, make sure that the conference rooms are set up, carry out centre administration and managing our social media sites.

No two days are the same and you will enjoy the chance to work with lots of difference people in a varied, fast-moving environment.

The most important thing we look for in our Customer Experience Assistant is a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver great customer service.

If you are able to be flexible, mix with all types of people, possess excellent communication skills and are conscientious with an eye for detail, then this may be the role for you!
