About the Speakers:

Louise Keenan Clarke

Louise Keenan Clarke is a leading specialist in business communication, leadership development and executive presence, with over 20 years of global corporate leadership experience and more than 25 years coaching professionals in communication and public speaking.

She built her career in top-tier corporate and investment banks, holding senior roles across corporate lending, market data, technology governance, internal audit and strategic business management. Her work with global teams and senior stakeholders gives her a deep understanding of how to influence and be heard in high‑performance environments.

Louise is the founder of Succeed with Confidence, where she helps entrepreneurs, senior professionals and leadership teams elevate their impact through confident, strategic communication, strengthening authority, executive presence and influencing skills to drive measurable business results.

Cara Dallat

Cara is an accomplished business and economic development leader with over 20 years experience across marketing, business development, national programme management and executive leadership. A graduate of Napier University, Edinburgh, she has built a career defined by impact, collaboration and strategic growth.

From 2016 to 2025, she served as Chief Executive of CIDO Ltd., leading a team of 10, delivering a wide range of business support programmes including the national Go Succeed start‑up programme, and managing 120,000 sq. ft. of workspace supporting over 100 businesses.

Previously, Cara was Programme Manager for Northern Ireland’s ‘Go for It’ initiative at Enterprise Northern Ireland, overseeing the £1 million national start‑up programme and ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery across the region.

She is now Centre Director at Innovation Factory in Belfast, driving the growth and development of this dynamic hub for innovation and entrepreneurship.

Cara is a Chartered Marketer and active member of several professional bodies, including the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Women in Business NI. She is also a two‑time winner of Social Leader of the Year
