At Innovation Factory, we offer a flexible coworking options that allows you to utilise the available workspace as needed. For our regular monthly coworking members, we offer dedicated desks with 24/7 access and reception services, and monthly flexible memberships from £80 + VAT per month.

Monthly flexible membership users can access our Belfast coworking spaces between 8:30am and 5:00pm weekdays (excluding Bank Holidays). Dedicated desk members have the added benefit of being able to access workspace 24/7.

Our Belfast coworking space offers high-speed internet, printing and copying services, access to meeting rooms, and on-site café and kitchen access.

All financial support is on a case-by-case basis and will be reviewed by our on-site team. We also have a strong knowledge and can make introductions to the wider financial support networks such as Belfast City Council, Invest NI, Tech Start and other VC/Angles.

Yes, our workspace is fully accessible for people with disabilities.
