Masterclass – Exploring Exporting

With a total population of just over 1.5 million, Northern Ireland has limited growth potential for many local businesses. Consequently, many owner-managers in NI – even of very small businesses – have to begin focusing sooner or later on the real challenges of identifying, targeting and exploiting new sales opportunities in markets outside NI.

There are however many pitfalls involved in exporting. This workshop focuses on identifying those pitfalls and, more importantly, showing participants how to avoid these.
