Meet the team
Majella is Centre Director at IF and is responsible for the overall running of the Centre. She supports the IF team to deliver high quality space, support and services to IF customers, local businesses and the wider community. Majella has a strong background in fostering innovation and facilitating growth having supported small businesses for over 15 years.
Shane is Engagement Manager at IF and focuses on engaging the local community on behalf of IF and ensuring that our vision for the Centre as a shared space and a driver for social regeneration is achieved. He also oversees the programme of Masterclasses and Applied Innovation Events at IF which are open to IF customers and businesses from outside of the Centre. Shane brings a wealth of experience to IF in social regeneration within the local community.
Stephen is Innovation Manager at IF and is responsible for providing business and innovation growth support to businesses within IF and the local business community. Stephen delivers one-to-one business coaching and mentoring to help IF businesses innovate, thrive and scale. He brings a wealth of experience to the team with a strong background in finance, investment, sales and marketing.
Assistant Centre Manager
Shauna supports the day to day running of IF and is responsible for all operations, compliance and health & safety within IF. She looks after IT and Telecoms for customers, as well as the finance of all IF customer and suppliers. Shauna supports Majella with the sales process and marketing of IF. Shauna has six years’ experience in working in a service office environment and is dedicated to seeing IF develop to its full potential.
Assistant Centre Manager (Maternity Cover)
Rebekah supports the day to day running of IF and is responsible for the all operations, compliance and health & safety within IF. She looks after all the IT and Telecoms queries for both new and existing customers, as well as the finance of all IF customer and suppliers. She also assists with team management and looks after the CEA’s. Rebekah has extensive knowledge and experience from her background in property management and real estate.
Customer Experience Assistant
Ashley is our morning CEA and has joined the IF team with a background in childcare and customer service. She helps the customers of IF with their day to day queries. She assists with handling telephone enquires via the switchboard and incoming post and deliveries. Ashley provides administrative support to the Centre team and assists with conferencing and meeting room enquiries and set-up.
Customer Experience Assistant
Emma is our afternoon CEA and has been part of the team since IF opened in September 2016. She can be found meeting and greeting our customers at reception. She helps the customers of IF with their day to day queries. She assists with handling telephone enquires via the switchboard and incoming post and deliveries. Emma provides administrative support to the Centre team and assists with conferencing and meeting room enquiries and set-up.
Elaine Gallagher Docherty
Customer Experience Assistant - Sales & Conferencing
Elaine is our CEA with a focus on sales and conferencing. She is the main point of contact for all conferencing enquiries and looks after both the facilitator and delegates on the day of their meeting. She also supports Majella with the sales process in particular she looks after the administration. She brings her retail, hospitality, charity and SME administration experience to the role, plus a creative side.
Customer Experience Assistant - Sales and Conferencing (Maternity Cover)
Megan is our CEA with a focus on sales and conferencing. She is the main point of contact for all conferencing enquiries and looks after both the facilitator and delegates on the day of their meeting. Megan also supports Majella with the sales process in particular she looks after the administration and social media. Megan has recently completed a degree in Events Management and joins us with a background in customer service.
Johnny provides security and support services to ensure the Centre is functional and safe. He supports Shauna/Rebekah with both planned and reactive maintenance. He is the first line response for both customers and staff in respect to security and access and assists with the co-ordination of meeting and conference room services at IF.
