Social media is constantly changing and businesses need to adapt with these changes. Therefore, having a Facebook page is not enough anymore. This workshop will look at new trends within Social Media and new platforms that are arising.
Primarily covering platforms such as Snapchat, Instagram, Whatsapp and LinkedIn, this workshop will identify who uses each platform, what is bought on each platform and how to do business on each platform.
A common problem within social media is creating attractive content. This workshop will show simple tools to ensure engaging content stands out from the crowd.
This workshop will allow the time to create a basic social media plan so that attendees walk away with best practice ideas to put into place straight away.
