Masterclass: Intellectual Property

Too many businesses are still not aware of their own Intellectual Property, the need to protect their name or, if they have created or improved a product, the need for patent protection.

This masterclass aims to explore the different types of Intellectual Property which encompasses, among other things, patents, trade marks, designs and copyright and aims to inform the attendees of the importance of identifying and protecting these, oftentimes lucrative but intangible, assets and how best to go about it, as well as highlighting the danger of infringing third party rights.
